\"KMD<\/a>Ig\u00e5r s\u00f8ndag blev der i \u00c5rhus afviklet KMD Challenge. KMD Challenge er en halv ironman, ogs\u00e5 kaldet en triathlon, hvor deltagerne starter med 1,9km sv\u00f8mning, 90km cykling og sluttende med 21,1km l\u00f8b. I august m\u00e5ned bliver der afholdt KMD Challenge i K\u00f8benhavn.<\/p>\n

Sv\u00f8mningen startede ved H\u00f8rhaven, ca. halvvejs ude i Marselisborg skoven. Derefter skiftede deltagerne til cyklen, hvor de f\u00f8rste cyklede ind mod byen, derefter tilbage mod skoven og mod Norsminde og tilbage til Tangkrogen. Ved Tangkrogen blev der skiftede til l\u00f8bt\u00f8jet, hvor de sidste 21,1km l\u00f8b skulle overst\u00e5es.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Jeg har tidligere taget billeder af en hel ironman, da jeg var med en tidligere arbejdskollega i Nice i Sydfrankrig. Billeder fra den tur kan\u00a0ses her<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Selvom det godt kunne se ud til p\u00e5 billederne, at jeg kender flere af deltagerne, s\u00e5 kendte jeg faktisk kun to. Resten af deltagerne som hilser p\u00e5 den ene eller den anden m\u00e5de har bare et stort overskud, og hilser til kameraet. Det samme oplevede jeg ogs\u00e5 da jeg var i Nice.<\/p>\n
